XteriorPRO replaced the old wood siding on my 1904 home in Webster Groves with James Hardie siding and did a fantastic job. Other companies: Slow to return calls, gave higher quotes (might as well have been on the back of a napkin), scratched their heads and griped about the difficulty of the job. XteriorPRO: Great communication, reasonable (and beautifully detailed) quote, offered solutions not problems. Their professionalism and responsiveness was matched only by the quality of the work. My wife and I were concerned about maintaining the historic character of our home. We had no reason to be. The workers were great and paid tremendous attention to detail. Great company.

Window Depot replaced 8 rear windows and a sliding glass door on my house after horrible storm damage. Everyone from Brent in Sales to Rick the project manager and then Sean on the install team were wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and were responsive to phone calls and texts. I love my new windows and can’t thank them enough. I even had a broken screen and cracked sash on one of my windows, which Sean caught during install. They fixed both in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Great experience from the start. Brent in sales answered all our questions and was readily available. The install team took care of business quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after they were finished. The windows are high quality. I love the way they look but more importantly we notice the difference in the temperature in those rooms (the sun really used to make the rooms hot in the summer) and how much the outside noise has been reduced.

My windows were removed, new windows installed (and completed the second day), and the debris from removal was completely cleaned up. Sean explained how my windows operated and a few small additional details. I am so happy with my new windows and how the installation was performed. Thank you!

We worked with Amanda for the past couple of years, waiting out a storm to replace an old roof. She gave us some great tips and helped us save some serious money by shopping insurance agencies. Finally, it happened, we got a storm bad enough to need a new roof and Amanda came through! Our storm hit December 1 and by February 1 our home and shed had a whole new set! This company is fast, efficient, friendly, reliable and most of all they are willing to work with you. At the time of our replacement I had a 6/7 week old baby and two large dogs who are afraid of their shadows. They gave me enough warning to make arrangements for myself, the baby and the dogs! Clean up was done super well and the roof looks so good!

My husband and I had a fairly large job to replace our original Windows (17 1st phase)we met with several companies who gave us bids , Xterior Pro was the one for us.. From the beginning our sales person Phil, was very professional, informative and attentive to our needs. Our installers Mike and Brandon were so efficient they were very thorough they cleaned up behind themselves were in-and-out and did a fantastic job. We love our new windows they've added value to our home, both in efficiency and beauty. We have one more phase to go. Looking forward!

My first positive experience was in choosing the product for my home. The salesman was sensitive to offering the right product for the home style and value, and not try to sell me more than I needed. The second positive experience was when the installers arrived, and put runners down first thing to protect my floor. That was a great indication of their ethic and desire to make a good impression by ensuring they don’t cause any damage. When they removed the original walk-out slider, they found extensive water damage and they were unable to go any further. They did extra work to expose the extent of the damage, and even assess the cause of the damage. They went so far as to work with the home office to locate a contractor to expedite repairs so they could proceed. It took a couple days, but the repairs were made and the doors were installed beautifully. There was a need for them to return a couple times as my contractor was completing the repairs, and they never complained. The production manager even came to help because some of the installers were scheduled to other jobs. The product itself is very nice, a major upgrade, and is not only much quieter, but landed us a tax credit for the energy efficiency rating. I’ll be calling Window Depot anytime I need anything they can provide!

I had ExteriorPRO install LeafSolutions gutter guards on my house. They came out to the house and provided an estimate which I believe was reasonable there was no pressure to buy. We then contracted to have the work done. The communications with the company was first class with a detailed list of items and the work to be done. They were scheduled to arrive to day between 1-3:00. They arrived at 1:00 and did a very professional installation. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was referred to Window Depot by a trusted source. I talked to them and did my diligence, talking to a few others. Window Depot did not have any whacky offers, no zany deals, no fly-by-night coupons, no cheap special buys. All they did was ask questions to understand the needs of our situation, and got a complete history of our current windows and our concerns and hopes. They promised they would take care of all our needs and get us a great product that would last us for generations. Jason went over every feature of our choice and showed all the options to make sure it was exactly what we hoped for. Then the install day came. They took such immense care with our home, They explained the process, talked about issues with the previous windows, and assured us they would do everything possible to make sure we never have trouble again. We were impressed with the entire process. The windows are beautiful, we know we are good for many, many years to come. To boot, rooms that had previously been problem areas (too hot or too cold) were no longer an issue. We have been able to adjust the thermostat up 3 degrees and the house feels great. If you need windows, give Jason and Windows Depot a call. You deserve the best and they will give it you.

I just had my patio door( door and large fixed window) replaced by Window Depot and I am so pleased. Brent Varner, the salesman, came to my house for the initial consultation. He had samples, explained everything and helped me match the color. Mr. Varner took measurements and then had the installation crew follow up with a second measure. The door was ready sooner than expected! The installation crew lead by Thomas Ray removed my old door and rotting wood trim. They installed the new door perfectly. It matches my wood trim exactly! Before leaving they made sure I was satisfied, showed how to properly work the screen and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you to this wonderful crew and company for a job well done!

The front of our home was originally finished in cedar. Over the years it was deteriorated and needed replacement to match the other 3 sides that were updated with James Hardy siding several years ago. I contacted XteriorPRO and they went over all of our design requirements and all of the materials needing to be ordered. A date was scheduled and all of the materials, including the James Hardy board were on hand when the workers arrived. The workers were very knowledgeable and skilled and performed like a "well oiled machine" They completed the job in 3 days without any disruptions. XteriorPRO was great start to finish on our roofing job on our 140-year old two story home in St. Charles! Jason Q. came to our home a couple times to show us their complete line of GAF roofing products. Jason Q. was able to move us up on their schedule due to our roofing emergency. We certainly appreciated that! His team of roofing craftsmen showed up on a Thursday, tore off several layers of old roofing and replaced it with a great looking GAF shingle roof and completed the job on Saturday - 3 days! Of course it was a messy job, but his team took extra care in protecting our house, gardens and patio areas while the work was going on. When they were done, our home, roof, and gardens were all in great shape. Very pleased with our windows we received; purchased the ProVia Endure series with several upgrades. We like that they had a sample of the window they were selling. Others directed us to store location which made it hard to know if you were really getting that product. We started this project right at the time of Covid 19, causing this country to stop working. XteriorPro stayed in touch letting us know what was going on all the time. Everyone there was great to work with and the installers were very polite, conscience of their surroundings and cleaned up at the end of the day. We will be using them for our roofing when time comes.

Absolutely thrilled with my new windows. The owner Jason came out personally, and gave me a bid. Told me windows had to be made and it would take six weeks and then they would install them. Windows arrived two weeks early. They were out here and installed the same day noticed the difference instantly in the cooling of my building with the AC. crew was very professional and cleaned up better than it was when they got here. I'm really impressed with this company. They were recommended by the James Hardie manufacturer. Phil Snyder came out, gave me a competitive bid, and answered all of my questions. We then decided to go in a different direction with our siding (restoring the original), but I will definitely give Phil and XteriorPRO a call back in the future if we decide to replace the original.

Tom and Alex installed a new entry door for us today (7/1/25). Could not be happier with the entire experience. Started with getting three different quotes for windows. Window Depot was our last one and made the choice easy with the quality of the product and the price. Installing the windows was a few weeks ahead of schedule and took about 1.5 days for 25 windows. They followed up afterwords to replace a few small items that were damaged upon delivery. Happy we chose Window Depot.
