The workers were on time and did good work. No problems with the installation at this point. They did a good job of cleaning up after finishing with the installation of a large 3 panel window and sliding glass door. Overall the installation was quick and efficient.

I can’t say enough good things about XteriorPRO, from management to the people who do the installation. From the windows, gutter guards to the siding we had installed we have saved money on our utilities and the outside noise stays outside. We were treated like we were their only contract. The front of our home was originally finished in cedar. Over the years it was deteriorated and needed replacement to match the other 3 sides that were updated with James Hardy siding several years ago. I contacted XteriorPRO and they went over all of our design requirements and all of the materials needing to be ordered. A date was scheduled and all of the materials, including the James Hardy board were on hand when the workers arrived. The workers were very knowledgeable and skilled and performed like a "well oiled machine" They completed the job in 3 days without any disruptions. We had our new roof installed by Xteriorpro. Jason came to the house and evaluated the roof and the current ventilation system. He found we were lacking on air coming into the vent system, and explained a product that would Balance the in and out air of the roof venting. He explained the whole roofing project in detail. He uses GAF roofing products including the latest materials including roof deck protection. special starter strips, special ridge cap shingles and lifetime GAF shingles. Since XteriorPro is a GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite roofing Contractor we have a 50 year transferable Warranty on the roof. (less than 2% of contractors are Master-Elite certified). The crew started on the scheduled day, and they were done late that day, including meticulous cleanup. They are the best, and by the way they did it for over $2000 les than our other estimate.

Very pleased with our windows we received; purchased the ProVia Endure series with several upgrades. We like that they had a sample of the window they were selling. Others directed us to store location which made it hard to know if you were really getting that product. We started this project right at the time of Covid 19, causing this country to stop working. XteriorPro stayed in touch letting us know what was going on all the time. Everyone there was great to work with and the installers were very polite, conscience of their surroundings and cleaned up at the end of the day. We will be using them for our roofing when time comes.

XteriorPRO was great start to finish on our roofing job on our 140-year old two story home in St. Charles! Jason Q. came to our home a couple times to show us their complete line of GAF roofing products. He took his time, answered all our questions and sold us on the quality of materials and workmanship XteriorPRO would provide. I just had my patio door( door and large fixed window) replaced by Window Depot and I am so pleased. Brent Varner, the salesman, came to my house for the initial consultation. He had samples, explained everything and helped me match the color. Mr. Varner took measurements and then had the installation crew follow up with a second measure. The door was ready sooner than expected! The installation crew lead by Thomas Ray removed my old door and rotting wood trim. They installed the new door perfectly. It matches my wood trim exactly! They promised they would take care of all our needs and get us a great product that would last us for generations. We were impressed with the entire process. The windows are beautiful, we know we are good for many, many years to come. To boot, rooms that had previously been problem areas (too hot or too cold) were no longer an issue. We have been able to adjust the thermostat up 3 degrees and the house feels great. I'm really impressed with this company. They were recommended by the James Hardie manufacturer. Phil Snyder came out, gave me a competitive bid, and answered all of my questions. We then decided to go in a different direction with our siding (restoring the original), but I will definitely give Phil and XteriorPRO a call back in the future if we decide to replace the original.

XteriorPRO replaced the old wood siding on my 1904 home in Webster Groves with James Hardie siding and did a fantastic job. Other companies: Slow to return calls, gave higher quotes (might as well have been on the back of a napkin), scratched their heads and griped about the difficulty of the job. My whole experience with Window Depot has been amazing. From sales to finish. I had a nightmare with Home Depot getting my new sliding door replaced. I called Window Depot and instant appointment. Picked my door and just had it installed. Chris, Sean and Ryan were the best! They had my new door in fast, and it looks amazing. I am shocked had how good the quality is. The installation is so well done. They were knowledgeable and showed me all its special features. Just so impressed.
