After living in our home for 15+ years, my husband and I had gotten relatively used to our master bathroom being overly warm in the summer, and chilly during the winter months. In 2023 a massive hail storm damaged both corner windows in our master bathroom, and I'm so glad that Window Depot of St. Louis was referred to us (as a highly reputable company) by our roofing/siding contractor. From beginng to end, Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with. He personally came to our home to measure each window, and then provided my husband and I with multiple window style options to choose from. Jason's expert option helped us to pick out windows that suit our needs perfectly, and we are very pleased with the end results. All work was done timely and professionally, the price was right, and our master bathroom now holds a consistent temperature no matter how hot or cold it gets outside. The front of our home was originally finished in cedar. Over the years it was deteriorated and needed replacement to match the other 3 sides that were updated with James Hardy siding several years ago. I contacted XteriorPRO and they went over all of our design requirements and all of the materials needing to be ordered. A date was scheduled and all of the materials, including the James Hardy board were on hand when the workers arrived. The workers were very knowledgeable and skilled and performed like a "well oiled machine" They completed the job in 3 days without any disruptions. Absolutely thrilled with my new windows. The owner Jason came out personally, and gave me a bid. Told me windows had to be made and it would take six weeks and then they would install them. Windows arrived two weeks early. They were out here and installed the same day noticed the difference instantly in the cooling of my building with the AC. crew was very professional and cleaned up better than it was when they got here. My first positive experience was in choosing the product for my home. The salesman was sensitive to offering the right product for the home style and value, and not try to sell me more than I needed. The second positive experience was when the installers arrived, and put runners down first thing to protect my floor. That was a great indication of their ethic and desire to make a good impression by ensuring they don’t cause any damage. When they removed the original walk-out slider, they found extensive water damage and they were unable to go any further. They did extra work to expose the extent of the damage, and even assess the cause of the damage. They went so far as to work with the home office to locate a contractor to expedite repairs so they could proceed. It took a couple days, but the repairs were made and the doors were installed beautifully. There was a need for them to return a couple times as my contractor was completing the repairs, and they never complained. The production manager even came to help because some of the installers were scheduled to other jobs. The product itself is very nice, a major upgrade, and is not only much quieter, but landed us a tax credit for the energy efficiency rating. I’ll be calling Window Depot anytime I need anything they can provide!

Jason was totally professional. We replaced siding and windows. Eugene worked when it was zero degrees. They showed up early, worked as long as they could, did an amazing job. We are very happy with the end result. This is an honest company run by someone who truly cares. We would highly recommend XteriorPro. Jason did the final walk through with us yesterday.

Could not be happier with the entire experience. Started with getting three different quotes for windows. Window Depot was our last one and made the choice easy with the quality of the product and the price. Installing the windows was a few weeks ahead of schedule and took about 1.5 days for 25 windows. They followed up afterwords to replace a few small items that were damaged upon delivery. Happy we chose Window Depot.

We had our new roof installed by Xteriorpro. Jason came to the house and evaluated the roof and the current ventilation system. He found we were lacking on air coming into the vent system, and explained a product that would Balance the in and out air of the roof venting. He explained the whole roofing project in detail. He uses GAF roofing products including the latest materials including roof deck protection. special starter strips, special ridge cap shingles and lifetime GAF shingles. Since XteriorPro is a GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite roofing Contractor we have a 50 year transferable Warranty on the roof. (less than 2% of contractors are Master-Elite certified). The crew started on the scheduled day, and they were done late that day, including meticulous cleanup. They are the best, and by the way they did it for over $2000 les than our other estimate.

We had hail damage this spring and needed a window replaced. Joey was our sales rep and did a terrific job of keeping in contact throughout the process, including working with the insurance company. Our installers Chris, Sean and Ryan were top notch as well arrived on time and did a quality job. Had the old window out and the new one in, all within about 90 minutes. Nice job.
